Payment on Pre-Paid Account Instructions
Add payment to your account by choosing an amount to the right.
When you are making the payment please ensure that you fill out ALL lines, and add your company name (the account the payment is for) on the 1st Address Line
Payments will be applied to your account by the end of the day they are made. Please do not expect immediate application to your account, especially while at the Scalehouse Window
New Accounts

Pre-Paid Accounts must start with a $1,000 deposit / account balance.
Please acquaint yourself with the information at the bottom of the page regarding accounts and expectations.
Account Information
- Accounts are PREPAID
- Your drivers will get their ticket which will show the account balance in the bottom left of the receipt
- It is your responsibility to ensure that you have enough money on your account – ensure that you are receiving tickets from your drivers
- Accounts will not be allowed to go in the negative – drivers will be cut off
- You can put money on your account by mailing / dropping off a check at the scalehouse – or by using a credit card deposit on this page
- If using the website to make a deposit via credit card – ensure you note the company name in the payment
- ALL loads must be tarped and secured or a double fee will be applied to the load
- Pre-Paid Accounts must start with a $1,000 account balance
- Funds left on an account with no activity for over one (1) year will be forfeited to Trans-Jordan
